About

"SUP" or Stand Up Paddle Boarding is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing water sports! It doesnt matter if you are looking for a full body work out or just want to leisurely paddle around, check out wildlife, and relax. Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the answer for you!
When proper technique is used SUP is a low impact workout and easy to learn, and it is fun for all ages!

***Established in 2014, Big Willie's Action Sports was built on a handshake over a couple of beers after two friends, Derek Girmscheid and Jon Cressman, struggled to find Rental Paddleboards in downtown Nashville.
